It’s January and Arsenal are still at the top of the Premier League table but now, they have a tough round of fixtures coming up.

In their next fixture, the Gunners will take on Spurs in the North London Derby on Sunday and this game will be really crucial for Arsenal. Man City play in the Manchester Derby on Saturday and if they are to lose then the Gunners will have the chance to open up a seven-point gap at the top of the table.

Arsenal have been in tremendous form this season and so far, they have lost only a single league game. However, Conte’s Spurs have also been a force to reckon with and if they can sync up properly then it will be a tough challenge for the Emirates outfit.

Arsenal are undefeated in their last 11 matches in the Premier League and they will go into the derby as the favourites. However, Spurs have the ammunition to be able to throw a spanner in their title chase.

Arsenal latest team news and injuries:

The Gunners have only two injury absentees, Gabriel Jesus and Reiss Nelson, apart from them every other player is fully fit and available for Sunday’s tie.

Mikel Arteta did a lot of chopping and changing initially in his reign but he’s finally settled down on his best starting line up and barring a late injury we don’t think he is going to make any sudden changes.

Zinchenko has made the left-back role his own so Kieran Tierney will have to be content with a place on the bench.

Martin Odegaard has been the creative spark for Arsenal this season scoring seven and assisting five goals in the league so far and if Spurs can find out a way to tie him down then the home side will be in a lot of trouble.

Gabriel Jesus’ absence is a big issue for Mikel Arteta because it’s Eddie Nketiah who will be leading the line and the 23-year-old has scored two league goals so far.

Arsenal have turned into a well-oiled machine under Mikel Arteta but Spurs have players like Son and Harry Kane who can very easily punch a hole in the Gunners defence.
