Arsenal take on Ukranian side Vorskla in the Europa League this Thursday and Unai Emery can hope for an easy win at the Emirates.

The manager is expected to make a number of changes to his first eleven and the players who have been hungry for game time will finally get an opportunity.

The likes of Henrikh Mkhitaryan and Bern Leno are more or less guaranteed starters against Vorskla and summer signing Lucas Torreira is also expected to make his debut for the club.

But Unai Emery does have a few injury concerns before the game and most of them are related to the defensive areas.

Club captain Laurent Koscielny is a long-term absentee due to a ruptured achilles and will not be back at training before the first week of December.

Right-back Carl Jenkinson is out with a malleolar injury and his return date has been speculated some time in November.

Unai Emery’s first choice left-back Sead Kolasinac is suffering from an ankle injury and it will take him another month to become fully fit.

Midfielder Maitland-Niles has a broken leg and will return at the same time as Kolasinac.

While the injury list is definitely long but the manager is not expected to sweat too much since almost every position has ample amount of cover.

And on top of that playing a side like Vorskla comes with no real pressure as the Ukrainian side is expected to sit back in their own half for most of the 90 minutes.

Danny Welbeck is expected to start the match meaning either Alexandre Lacazette or Pierre Emerick-Aubameyang will be rested against Vorskla.
