Arsenal take on AFC Bournemouth in the FA Cup 4th round on Monday as Mikel Arteta looks to get a win under his belt.

The new boss has managed to turn a lot of things around since taking over at the Emirates but so far he’s managed to pick up only two wins while managing to draw most of the other matches.

Other big names like Chelsea, Man United and Man City have all managed to pick up wins in their respective matches so the Gunners will be under a little bit of pressure to but this game to bed and not fall in the trap of a replay.

Mikel Arteta will surely make a couple of changes to his first XI vs the Cherries but the manager will also be planning to name a tough enough squad since winning the FA Cup still remains a fairly realistic chance for Arsenal this season.

Arsenal team news vs Bournemouth:

David Luiz remains absent due to a suspension meaning Rob Holding will have to be partnered by Sokratis who will just be returning from an injury.

Sead Kolasinac still remains an injury absentee meaning young Bukayo Saka will have to fill in at left-back while Hector Bellerin is expected to be rested as Maitland-Niles plays on the right-hand side of the defence.

Granit Xhaka has been a stellar figure for Arsenal ever since Arteta has taken over but the Swiss international should be put on the bench for this match as Torreira and Guendouzi pair up in central midfield.

Dani Ceballos is fully fit and available for selection but the manager will not look to use him especially after reports of him trying to cut his loan deal short at the club.

Nicolas Pepe is also finding his feet under the new Arsenal and he should get another start on the right flank while Lacazette operates down the middle.

Some reports though claim Lacazette could be rested for this FA Cup tie in which case young Eddie Nketiah will lead the line.

Aubameyang still remains out with suspension meaning Gabriel Martinelli will once again have the option to shine for Arsenal on Monday.
