Arsenal have made an upward climb under the guidance of Unai Emery this season but still, they are struggling to finish in the top four this season in the Premier League.

At one point, the Gunners looked the favourites to get back into the Champions League leaving Chelsea behind but since then a lot has happened.

Arsenal have dropped important points and the likes of Manchester United have upped their game.

And to top it all, it looks like the Spanish boss is going to have a rough summer window.

Arsenal are expected to bring in a couple of new players at the end of the season but if reports are to be believed then the boss will only get around £50 million which could increase if they get back into the Champions League.

If the North London club wish to match up to the likes of Man City or Chelsea, then £50 million is nothing in terms of a transfer budget.

Hence it looks like Emery has decided to sell off a few players in order to free up funds for the summer.

The first and the most obvious player who is likely to leave is Mesut Ozil.

Ozil has fallen down the pecking order this season and the German has hardly featured in the Premier League.

The Gunners had tried to send him off in January but could not find a buyer. But Emery is adamant to sell him off at the end of the season – come what may happen.

Defender Shkodran Mustafi and Calum Chambers are also expected to move out of the Emirates as Unai Emery looks for replacements.

And as per the Mirror, the manager is also looking to sell off Elneny who has played in just five league games this season and also Arsenal have a number of midfielders.

But perhaps the most surprising name on the transfer list might be that of Henrikh Mkhitaryan.

The Armenian arrived at the Emirates in a swap deal last season and this campaign under Unai Emery he has done pretty well.

The attacking midfielder has so far played scored six goals and provided four assists this season in the league and Unai Emery has mostly spoken positively about him.

But we feel that the boss is planning to sell Mkhitaryan since the former Man United can fetch a hefty sum in the transfer market which will, in turn, help Unai Emery get his favourites during the summer transfer window.
