Barcelona have finally decided to offload Ousmane Dembele after the youngster has failed to cement a spot in the first eleven.

Ousmane Dembele joined Barcelona from Borussia Dortmund for an initial fee of €105 million and the Frenchman arrived in Spain with a lot of promise.

Unfortunately though, he failed to make an impression and managed to make only 17 appearances for the Catalans during the 2017-18 season.

Ernesto Valverde in recent months has claimed that Ousmane Dembele will get his chances during the current campaign but now it seems that the Barcelona management has decided to cash in on the youngster.

According to the latest reports, Barcelona are willing to listen to offers for the forward.

As per Sport, Valverde is not happy with Ousmane Dembele’s attitude at the club and has issued an ultimatum to the 21-year-old.

Barcelona have set a price tag of €100 million and is ready to sell him off at the end of the season.

This news will surely be music to the ears of many a Premier League clubs who have shown interest in the forward. But with such a high price tag, how many clubs can actually afford to make a move?

The first in line are Liverpool who are said to be the favourites to land the youngster and given the amount of money that Jurgen Klopp has spent during the year, it will not be a huge surprise if the Anfield outfit outbid their Premier League rivals.

Arsenal are another club who have kept an eye on proceedings but we seriously doubt if Unai Emery will be given so much cash to splash on Ousmane Dembele.

Arsenal are not known as a club who spent such crazy amounts of money and with Dembele’s price tag at €100 million, it is safe to say that the Gunners have been prized out.

Manchester United have also been named in the list of potential suitors and with rumours of Alexis Sanchez wanting to leave the club at the end of the season, Jose Mourinho might very well sanction a bid for Ousmane Dembele next summer.

And €100 million will be pocket change for Manchester United – if they manage to offload Alexis Sanchez for a hefty price.
