Arsenal beat Huddersfield this weekend at the Emirates and Unai Emery’s men really had to sweat it out.

The Gunners entered the match thinking it would be an easy three points but after missing a series of easy chances, the London outfit finally came out as 1-0 winners.

It was an 83rd minuted Lucas Torreira goal which calmed all the nerves inside the Emirates.

Torreira has really been the man who has changed how Arsenal play the game and the former Sampdoria man is a player which the Gunners fans have been wanting for so long.

But apart from Torreira, there is one other player who is catching the eye of many a people and that is fellow summer signing Matteo Guendouzi.

At just nineteen years of age, the Frenchman has taken to English football like a piece of cake and many believe he could be the ideal partner to Lucas Torriera.

And Matteo Gunedouzi is so good that he made former Man United and Spurs striker Dimitar Berbatov swear on live TV.

‘He’s 19 but he’s playing like he’s been there forever,’ Berbatov said.

‘Sometimes I’m watching him like I want to be against him because he is p*****g me off with the confidence he has.”

After apologizing, Berbatov continued.

‘He’s [got] a confidence that I want to beat this guy. ‘He’s so confident on the ball and he’s everywhere on the pitch.

‘I’ve watched him. He’s in his box, the other box, running without a problem.

‘You can be 19 and have the mentality and experience of a 24-year-old. Age doesn’t matter. He’s unbelievable.’

Matteo Guendouzi has so far played 13 games in the Premier League for Arsenal but the player is yet to score a goal or provide an assist.

But given the roles that Guendouzi is deployed in by Unai Emery, one should not expect too many goals from the Frenchman.
