Chelsea manager Maurizio Sarri is planning to bring in a couple of new signings before the new Premier League season kicks off and it seems that the new boss is looking at Arsenal for inspiration.
According to reports, the former Napoli boss is planning to make a move for Gunners midfielder Aaron Ramsey as the transfer window enters into the final few days.
Aaron Ramsey joined Arsenal in 2008 and after spending a couple of seasons out on loan the 27-year-old has finally turned himself into a mainstay in the first eleven at the Emirates. During his time at the club, the central midfielder has played in 327 games – scoring 58 goals.
During the 2017-18 season, Ramsey played 30 games in all competitions for the Gunners and provided a handsome return of 11 goals.
Ramsey’s current deal at Arsenal is set to expire next summer and despite Unai Emery marking out the midfielder as a potential captain, Ramsey is yet to sign a new deal at the club.
Chelsea are planning to make a late move for Aaron Ramsey, and will bid £30m.

And if the report is to be believed then the Gunners do not want the Aaron Ramsey saga to become Alexis Sanchez 2.0.
Arsenal are ready to accept offers in the region of £30 million and Chelsea are planning to swoop the 27-year-old before the 9th of August.
The Blues are expected to make an offer just above £30 million given the fact that if their first bid is turned down then they might not have the time to return with an improved bid.
It is not yet known that what Arsenal feel about Aaron Ramsey moving across London to a direct rival more so when the central midfielder has been linked with a sensational move to Barcelona which might see Ousmane Dembele move the other day.
