Chelsea picked up a 2-1 win in the London Derby against Arsenal on Sunday meaning they have now managed to win two out of their last five Premier League matches.

The Blues were trailing for most of the match and it was two late goals which helped Lampard’s men pick up the win at the Emirates.

Jorginho levelled things up in the 83rd minute and then it was Tammy Abraham who found the winner four minutes later. But there certainly has been a lot of controversy surrounding the Chelsea goals especially the first one scored by Jorginho.

As per many people, the midfielder shouldn’t have been on the pitch but the referee chose not to show him a second yellow card for a foul on Guendouzi.

And speaking after the match, the Chelsea boss admitted that his side certainly rode their luck during the derby.

“It certainly could have been a second yellow,” said Lampard[Sports Mole].

“In a London derby a lot of challenges like that. So we might have struck a bit of luck with that, but I don’t think it was that clear cut.

“Jorginho was the big catalyst for the change, winning second balls, showing that character.”

The manager also praised Arsenal’s manager Mikel Areta saying that the new Gunners boss found a way to stop his players from playing their natural game.

He said via talkSPORT: “It was the best thing ever last week! That’s football. I don’t want us to be predictable.

“I’m sure Arteta, who is obviously going to be a top manager at this club, watched us against Tottenham, tried to find ways to negate it, make us have too many people at the back, get control of the game, and they did that.

“We need to be flexible and be able to change. We’ll go on like that.”
