A number of Premier League clubs like Arsenal and Spurs have been linked with Real Madrid’s Dani Ceballos during the past couple of weeks and right now there has been a significant development.

Ceballos joined Real Madrid back in 2017 from Real Betis but the player has turned out to be a big failure at the Bernabeu and now reports are claiming that Real are willing to let him leave for a transfer fee of around £45 million.

Recently, Dani Ceballos had claimed that his future at the Bernabeu is still uncertain as he wishes to join a club where he can play regular football.

“The truth is nothing is clear about my future. I wish I knew! I’m enjoying the tournament and I’m not going to talk about whether I’ll stay (at Real Madrid) or not. I’ve got two weeks to be with my family and make the right choice for me,” Ceballos told the media.

“My priority is to play. You’ve seen how much I’ve smiled, from ear to ear, this week. (Playing) is what makes me the happiest.

“Yes, the most important thing in life is to be happy and that can only happen by playing 40 games a year.

“My personal goal for next season is to play 40 games and to be comfortable at all times. Wherever it is doesn’t matter, but it has to be a place where I can feel valued.”

Now the midfielder has been left out of Real Madrid’s pre-season tour squad as the Los Blancos travel to the USA for the International Champions Cup which has prompted many to believe that Dani Ceballos could very well be on his way out of the club.

This will certainly be a huge boost for both Spurs and Arsenal who have been trying to bring the midfielder on board for a number of weeks now.

The Gunners want Dani Ceballos as a long-term replacement to Aaron Ramsey who left for Turin this summer but some experts fear that Spurs might actually have the upper hand in the deal.

Real Madrid have been linked with a move for Christian Eriksen this summer and some reports claim, Florentino Perez might use Dani Ceballos as a part of the transfer deal.
