England and Tottenham Hotspur midfielder Dele Alli has just dropped a bomb by claiming that he could move out of White Hart Lane.
Alli joined Tottenham in February 2015 from MK Dons for an initial fee of £5 million and since then the English International has had two wonderful seasons in the Premier League.
The 2017-18 season though was anything but a bed of roses for the midfielder as he managed to finish the Premier League season with just 9 goals against his name – half of what he had achieved the previous season.
But his dip in form has not pushed away potential suitors as EPL rivals Manchester United are said to be keeping a close eye on the player and his relationship with Spurs.
La Liga giants Barcelona and Real Madrid are also said to be interested in Alli and one of them if not both can launch a bid for the midfielder during the summer.
And amidst all these transfer hush-hush, Dele Alli has come out to claim that a move away from White Hart Lane could very well be on the cards.
Speaking to ES Magazine, Dele Alli said: “I’d never say never to anything. You never know what is going to happen in football,
“I have still got a few years left on my contract. We have got a young team, a young manager, a new stadium, so it is a great place to be at the minute.
“All the players can see the way the club is heading.
“But you can’t look into the future too much as it takes the pleasure out of now.”
Alli is not the only player who has been tipped to move out of Spurs during the summer and this is a problem that Spurs chairman Daniel Levy has constantly faced.
The Lilywhites have a strict wage structure at the club and this has seen many young talents move out in search of better financial possibilities.
