Rangers FC kicked off their Europa League campaign with a 2-2 draw against Villarreal away from home.

The Light Blues twice from behind and secured a much-deserved point against the Spanish side.

But all that character and fight from the Gers players was reportedly challenged through Steven Gerrard and his inspirational speech during halftime.

Rangers went behind in the first minute of the game and it was not before the 67th minute that they scored their first goal and it is being reported that the manager had some inspiring words for his players during the half-time team talk.

And it was these words that spurred the players on who performed exquisitely during the second half.

So what do the fans do to show their appreciation for Steven Gerrard?

The travelling fans went wild after the final whistle and they decided to give their manager a reception which is fit for a king.
