Manchester City will host Chelsea in the Premier League this weekend and this game is a massive one for both the sides.

City are currently at the top of the table but since Liverpool play before them, the Reds might once again go on top.

So if Man City win this game vs Chelsea then the Citizens will once reclaim that top spot.

Chelsea, on the other hand, just cannot afford to lose this game because if they do then Man United will move one point clear at them in the top-four spot.

Ever since falling behind, Man City have clawed back a large amount of lead in order to get back level with Liverpool but Pep Guardiola feels that the pressure is still on them.

Before hosting Chelsea at the Etihad, the City boss has marked this game as a finale.

Pep Guardiola said: “We started well with Arsenal and Everton but now comes a really, really big test — a big bull.

“Chelsea is an exceptional team with seven days to prepare that game. We will try. We have to prepare well.

“This is a real final for us this weekend. If we are able to take these points, we are going to take a huge step forward.”

Ever since Liverpool reached the top of the league, many pundits have backed Jurgen Klopp’s men to lift their maiden Premier League title.

But now it seems that the inexperience is finally catching up with the Reds and it is Man City who are inching closer to the Premier League title with each passing game.
