Arsenal, Spurs and a number of other clubs have been keen on signing Hakim Ziyech from Ajax – as per reports.

The winger was the star of the show for Ajax last season during their Champions League quest and this season too the player has kept up his fine run going.

So far during the 2019-20 season, Hakim Ziyech has managed to net 6 goals and provide 13 assists in just 17 Eredivisie matches for Ajax and it looks like the Dutch side are willing to let him leave.

Ajax sold off the likes of De Jong and De Ligt during the summer but they somehow managed to hold onto Hakim Ziyech for one more season.

Now though it seems like they are ready to cash in on the Moroccan international and have told that he is ready to leave if an interested club is willing to pay the right amount.

As per reports, Ajax wanting somewhere around £43m for the sale of the player and in today’s market it would be an absolute steal.

It is still unclear whether new Arsenal boss Mikel Arteta would be keen to sign Ziyech during the January transfer window but Spurs can surely do with a player like him.

Mourinho has now lost Harry Kane with an injury and if the can manage to bring in Hakim Ziyech this month then the winger can most certainly help out in attack for the Lilywhites.

Arsenal too can put the winger to good use but we think Arteta would be eager to use his transfer budget in strengthening his defensive line now that the likes of Calum Chambers and Kieran Tierney.
