Manchester United have had a history of signing and nurturing great English talent over the years and as per Gary Neville, England captain Harry Kane could be the next in line.

Harry Kane has been tipped to join Manchester United by a lot of people and Neville thinks the player has opened a door to a possible transfer after his recent comments on an exit.

The pundit has gone on to praise the forward claiming that the 26-year-old could be the catalyst which Solskjaer needs to turn things around in the final half of the pitch.

“Any club in the Premier League would want Harry Kane,” he told The Football Show on Sky Sports News, via talkSPORT. “There are some signings that are like gold, where you just know they are going to work.

“Harry Kane is unbreakable in the sense of his mentality. He’ll always score goals, will always give 100 per cent in training, and is completely reliable as a manager would want.

“For Manchester United, it would be a perfect signing in terms of what they need.

“They had Bruno Fernandes come in and he’s done a great job, Harry Maguire at the back. If they can get someone like Kane upfront, you’re looking at a fantastic spine.

“It fits Manchester United’s historical transfers, going back to Brian Robson, Roy Keane, trying to sign Alan Shearer, Rio Ferdinand, Wayne Rooney.

“They were the best or most famous English, British or Irish players in the Premier League and Manchester United tried to sign that player so it does fit with that.

“Just look at what Manchester United did last summer with Harry Maguire, who was one of the best players on the market.”

Harry Kane is easily one of the top centre-backs in world football right and in the past three seasons(including this one), the player has managed to net 64 goals in just 85 Premier League matches.

So without a doubt, if Man United can get their hands on the player, it will be a great bit of business from Solskjaer and we have e feeling the Norwegian will ask players like Marcus Rashford and Harry Maguire to try and convince their national team captain.

Daniel Levy though has made it clear that Kane is not for sale but we are pretty confident this stance will chance if Spurs cannot keep their UCL status and Man United get back amongst the big boys next season.
