West Ham United forward Marko Arnautovic was tipped to leave the club during the January transfer window.

The Austrian international was a key figure for the Hammers last season and this year too the forward has continued his fine run infront of goal.

During the 2018-19 campaign, Marko Arnautovic played in 21 Premier League games scoring seven goals and providing three assists.

And during January the 29-year-old was tipped to move out of the London Stadium.

West Ham received a number of offers for Marko Arnautovic and at one point the player was on the verge of leaving.

But then suddenly the club chose to pull the plug meaning the forward had to stay at West Ham until the end of the season.

Many reports claimed that Marko Arnautovic might have had a change of attitude because his exit had collapsed.

Now though fellow mate Felipe Anderson has finally revealed how Marko Arnautovic exactly behaves inside the dressing room.

Anderson told Soccer AM: “Arnautovic (is the strongest team-mate), he likes to play and laugh but he has a strong personality,

“He’s strong and tough in every sense and he’s one of the team leaders.

“He likes to joke a lot with us and always spreads happiness across the changing room.

“He does his best to smile when he is with us but there comes a time when he needs to be serious, and he does that.”

Marko Arnautovis signed a contract extension at the club in January which will keep him at the London stadium until 2023.

But there’s a huge possibility that the Austrian will try and force a move immediately after the end of the season.
