Arsenal sent out Henrikh Mkhitaryan on a season-long loan deal to AS Roma last summer and it looks like the Serie A outfit want to make the deal permanent.
So far the Armenian international has made only 8 appearances for Roma but his absence has mostly been due to the abductor injury he picked up and not bad form.
And in the games that he has played for the Italian outfit, it seems like he’s been able to convince the manager to secure a permanent deal for him.
As per the reports, Roma have made an initial offer of €10 million which has now been swiftly rejected by the Gunners.
And many believe that new boss Mikel Arteta is planning to call back Henrikh Mkhitaryan in order to give him one more chance at the Emirates.
While a lot of people would love to see this happen but we are pretty sure that the club have made up their mind to offload the playmaker and it is just about agreeing on a transfer price.

Henrikh Mkhitaryan still has one and a half years left on his current deal meaning Arsenal are in no hurry to sell him off.
But Mikel Arteta wouldn’t want to call him back at the end of the season and further bulk up his squad.
This means that the Gunners would be more than happy to see the Armenian join AS Roma on a permanent deal this month but it’s still unclear as to how much they actually want as a transfer fee.
As per TransferMarkt, Mkhitaryan is currently valued at €25 million and if that is how much the Premier League club are demanding then surely Roma will start having second thoughts regarding the permanent deal.
