Chelsea star Eden Hazard is on the verge of moving out of Stamford Bridge and join La Liga giants Real Madrid.

Florentino Perez recently expressed his desire to sign the Belgian international and it was more or less certain that the playmaker was on his way out of Chelsea.

“We have been trying to make Hazard a Real Madrid player for several years,” Perez said.

“We are working on a project to make people dream again, where we recover our hunger and ambition. I have already lived through this stage before.

“I have a dream that Hazard will arrive this year. Let’s make a good team this year.

“I am very interested in him coming to Real Madrid and I am very hopeful that he will come this year. He’s one of the great footballers.

“Last year we wanted him, but this year he only has one year left on his contract and it is easier.”

And now AS are reporting that Eden Hazard has agreed on a deal to join Madrid and the transfer will be formally announced on Monday.

Zinedine Zidane has been a huge admirer of Eden Hazard but when the Frenchman left the club last summer the Chelsea fans hoped that the Los Blancos will shy away from the transfer.

But now that Zidane has returned, Eden Hazard is expected to play his final game for the Blues on Wednesday when Chelsea take on Arsenal in the Europa League final.

L’Equipe are reporting that the transfer fee agreed between the two clubs is around 100 M €.

If this holds true then surely Chelsea have had gotten a good deal from the transfer of Eden Hazard but as things stand the club will not be able to use this money right now due to their transfer embargo.
