Liverpool have been in a superb run under Jurgen Klopp this season but still, some people have their doubts.

And we do not blame these people.

At one point the Reds were in cruise control and looked all set to lift the Premier League but as things stand the Anfield outfit are just two points ahead of Man City on the table – that too having played one more game.

At the start of the season, most people predicted that it would be City who would lift the title but expected Jurgen Klopp to inspire his team to fight till the end.

And this is exactly what is happening.

Man City are still everyone’s favourites to defend their title simply because Pep Guardiola is a more experienced manager when it comes to these crunch situations.

But speaking about Jurgen Klopp, former Gunner Ian Wright has claimed despite all the pressure, the Liverpool boss has been handling himself very well.

“Yes, you’d have to say, he’s (Guardiola) more experienced in that arena,” the former striker said.

“Yes, Klopp’s been to finals of Champions Leagues and won the league in Germany, but he’s at Liverpool now, with the expectation.

“We constantly mention the 29 years and that, that’s on him and you can see that’s on him. I think he’s handling it unbelievably up to this point.”

Last season, Jurgen Klopp made a number of weary comments throughout the season but this campaign the German seems to be more polished and ready.

And if you can manage to forget the dashing on the pitch and those weird weather comments then yes, Jurgen Klopp has been carrying himself pretty neatly.
