Manchester City brought in Pep Guardiola as their new boss a couple of seasons ago and during his time at the Etihad, the Spaniard has totally transformed the club.
The Citizens won the Premier League last season and this year too they are the favourites to defend their title.
While every player is happy with the arrival of Guardiola one particular player’s career has gone on a serious downfall.
As soon as Pep Guardiola arrived at Manchester City, one of the first players to fall out with the manager was then No 1 Joe Hart.
Joe Hart and Guardiola had a tussle on the training grounds following which the player was immediately sidelined and subsequently send out on loan.
After moving through Torino and West Ham United, Joe Hart finally secured a permanent move to Burnley this summer and now the English International has opened up about Pep Guardiola.
Talking to Sky Sports, Joe Hart said: “ I’m cool with Pep, I think he’s a top manager,
“He came in and was dead honest with me. I looked him in the eye and shook his hand, I thanked him for his honesty. I didn’t thank him for his opinion, but his honesty was second to none.
"If I was asked tomorrow, I would be ready. But people will have opinions"

“We tried to make the best of a bad situation for both of us.
“I made it clear to City that I didn’t want to go on loan again, I had one year left on my contract.
“Like I’ve said before it was a kind of strange situation for me. I know what qualities I bring, I know what I’ve done, and what I can still do, but people weren’t banging the door down for me. That’s the truth.
“In my opinion, I think loans are for younger players trying to improve, who have got the whole world in front of them. You’ve got no real ground, no real base or backing as a loan player.
“I’m grateful I’m here with Burnley, and I’m really enjoying it.”
Once touted as England’s No 1 for the next decade, Joe Hart joined Burnley for a fee of just £3.5 million and is currently way down the pecking order for the Three Lions.
