So far Arsenal have not been able to sign Kieran Tierney from Celtic and with the transfer window closing soon, there are fears that the Gunners might not be able to get their hands on the left-back.

Kieran Tierney missed a lot of games last season due to hernia trouble and this summer he has undergone a surgery.

Initial reports had claimed the player would be fully fit before the new Premiership season starts but now it looks like he could be out for another two months.

But still, Unai Emery is willing to spend money on the injured full-back but so far the Bhoys have rejected two bids from the North London club.

While the Gunners are willing to offer a lucrative five-year deal to Kieran Tierney but Celtic are holding out for a transfer fee of £25 million.

And speaking about the transfer saga, Neil Lennon has predicted that the Gunners will try and make one more move before the transfer window shuts down.

Lennon said: “We were talking about it on the plane over here as it’s all gone a bit quiet, which is surprising for me.

“I know these deals can get done at a minute to twelve. I’d be surprised if there wasn’t another offer for Kieran, but delighted.”

Arsenal have until 5 pm on Thursday to complete the signing of Kieran Tierney and as per the latest reports, the Premier League will make one final push possibly on deadline day.

It has not yet been reported how much the Gunners are actually willing to pay but as per some reports, the last offer from Arsenal was actually pretty close to £25 million.

But the Bhoys rejected that offer because they wanted more cash upfront instead of add-ons.

So if Unai Emery’s side can offer more money upfront then surely they will be able to complete the signing of Kieran Tierney before 5 pm tomorrow.
