So far Arsenal have three bids to sign Kieran Tierney from Celtic FC and it looks like the Bhoys have finally caved in.
Neil Lennon had repeatedly claimed that he will not let the defender leave if the interested clubs were not willing to shell out the right price.
And owing to this, the Glasgow outfit had rejected two previous bids from the Gunners.
Things got even tougher when there were reports that Napoli had actually joined the race to sign Kieran Tierney and were willing to price out Arsenal in the deal.
But thankfully, Carlo Ancelotti made it clear that his side have no intentions of going after the youngster.
“Honestly, I’m not interested in signing him,” Ancelotti is quoted as saying by Metro.
“He is a really good young left-back but he is a Celtic player. We are looking for a lot of players for this coming season but he is a Celtic player and we have two good left-backs. But honestly, I can say he is a really good player.”
Now journalist Stephen McGowan has gone on to claim that both the club should agree to the deal and Kieran Tierney should be at the Emirates by next Tuesday.
The report suggests: “AFC are set to meet Celtic’s £25m valuation for Kieran Tierney. Clubs were moving closer to agreeing a deal last night. It’s understood that by the time Celtic travel to Romania next Tuesday, KT could finally be a Gunner.”

The Arsenal fans will most certainly be happy with the fact that a concrete date has been provided regarding the transfer of Kieran Tierney. But a closer look would make one realize that Stephen McGowan has played pretty safe.
Next Tuesday is the 7th of August and the EPL transfer window closes the very next day. And any logical person can estimate that Arsenal would not want to keep the transfer hanging until the final day.
