Rangers vs Leipzig
Ibrox Stadium Rangers

Rangers are planning to bring in a few new players during the winter transfer window and one of them could be a replacement for Ryan Kent.

Yes, Ryan Kent who is on loan at Ibrox from Liverpool FC could head back to Anfield at the start of the new year.

According to Transfer Markt, the youngster is on loan at the club until the end of the current season but if reports are to be believed then Jurgen Klopp could call the player back.

The 22-year-old was loaned out to Bristol City last season but that move did more bad than good for the winger.

Bristol City failed to give proper game-time to Kent and the club eventually had to pay a fine for not playing him.

This season though, things have been quite different for him under Steven Gerrard having already made 23 games for the Premiership club since the start of the season and a couple of months back, the winger had shown his desire to stay back at Ibrox.

Rangers too have been impressed with Ryan Kent’s talents and they were planning to make the loan move permanent at the end of the season.

But that plan could be washed down the drain if Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp does decide to call him back in January.

We still cannot see why the Liverpool boss would want to bring Kent back to Anfield given that he is still a long way off from breaking into the first team under Klopp.
