Liverpool and Spurs go head to head in the Premier League this Sunday and this will be a must-win game for the Reds.

Playing on their home turf, many people expect Liverpool to pick up a win given they have been rock solid at Anfield the whole year round.

But surprisingly speaking before the match, Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp has claimed that Spurs will come hard at them and the Reds fans should not expect an easy three points on Sunday.

“If you expect not to have problems, then you’re going to have them,” Klopp said on Friday(as reported).

“You have to be ready for them.

“The game we lost before there was 4-1, right? Tottenham away is always a tough one.

“Tottenham away was an absolute big one, winning against them at their own ground is really rare and it felt good that day.

“Their skills are important. Their attitude and character is important.

“But to believe in something makes it more likely to happen.

“The problem is Man City believe as well. One will be disappointed at the end of the season.

“We will try everything to make May 13 a big day for us.

“I know how difficult these games are. Why should we give Tottenham an advantage and say now we have to win?

“Let’s not go nuts, accept we will have problems in football games like we had at Fulham.”

Spurs have already fallen out of the title race and now they are basically fighting to hold onto their third spot on the table.

If Liverpool manage to beat the Lilywhites on Sunday then there is every possibility that the North London club fall down to the fourth spot on the table given Arsenal can beat Newcastle United on Monday.
