Liverpool have been flying high ever since the start of the season and many believe the Reds might finally be able to end their Premier League trophy doubt.

The Reds are currently second on the league table just behind leaders Man City(based on goal difference) but Jurgen Klopp’s men have played one game less than the Citizens.

And it looks like this fine run is not only limited to the pitch.

This season Liverpool’s New Balance kit has been in high demand – especially the home kit and now the club have confirmed that they have run out of stock for the same.

The whole of Liverpool’s New Balance kit stock for the 18-19 season has been sold off and the Anfield outfit have claimed that his kit is the most successful in their history.

A statement on the club’s website read: “Due to significant demand for our home kit, we are currently out of stock of many of our home kit items. The 18/19 kits have been the most successful in our history.

“In order to meet this demand, we have placed a further reorder of home shirts and we’re working hard to ensure supporters are able to purchase as soon as possible.

“Supporters will be notified as soon as the kit is available to pre-order in mid-February.”

This success of the new kit has come at a perfect time since Liverpool’s agreement with New Balance end after the 2019/20 season.

And now reports are claiming that Liverpool are preparing to close a bumper deal with New Balance.

The current deal with New Balance is worth £45 million a year and rumours suggest that the Anfield outfit are planning to secure a new deal which is int he vicinity of £75 million a year.

If this deal is indeed secured then it will not only be the most lucrative deal in the club’s history but it will also match/move close to Man United’s kit deal with Adidas which is worth £75 million a year.
