Manchester United return back to Europe this week and before that Luke Shaw and Nemanja Matic have returned back to training.

Nemanja Matic has been out with an injury for almost a month now and recently he was sent to Dubai for rehabilitation.

Luke Shaw though has been out since August with a hamstring injury and he took was in Dubai in order to speed up his recovery.

Now though reports are suggesting that the pair have returned back to Manchester and were also involved in training on Monday.

After Partizan, United take on Brighton in the Premier League and then go off into the international break and reports are claiming that Luke Shaw and Nemanja Matic will be back to full fitness once the league resumes on the 24th of this month.

With the injuries to Pogba and Matic, Fred has been given a free run in midfield by his manager but the Brazilian is yet to show any sort of brilliance.

Luke Shaw’s absence though has not been missed much since Ashley Young has done a pretty decent job in the left-back role during the league games.

And in the cup competitions as well in Europe, Solskjaer has used Brandon Williams who has impressed a lot of people so far.

On Thursday too, it seems like Williams will be named in the first XI for Man United while Ashley Young operates down
