Man City got past Brentford quite easily picking up a 2-0 win and in their next Premier League game, they take on Norwich City on Saturday.

The Cityzens are in cruise control in terms of winning the Premier League title and unless they mess up really badly, we don’t see them letting this one slip in the next few months. The Canaries are 18th on the league table and there’s very little chance that they will be able to pull out something positive from this encounter.

Manchester City are undefeated in their last 13 matches in the Premier League and have kept a clean sheet in 6 of their last 8 matches against Norwich in all competitions. With only a handful of injuries to deal with, the manager will not be too keen to make any unwanted changes but Man City have a Champions League game next week so the Pep Guardiola will definitely have one eye on that fixture.

They play Sporting in the Round of 16 next week and if City can wrap up the Norwich game early on then Guardiola will definitely look to ring in the changes and give some game time to his substitutes.

Man City team news vs Norwich City:

Due a shortage of right-backs, Pep Guardiola chose to use John Stones in that role so that he could rest Kyle Walker. Walker though will come back into the side this weekend.

With Walker returning to the first XI, John Stones will move back to the bench since Ruben Dias and Aymeric Laporte are currently the first-choice centre-backs for Man City.

Ilkay Gungodan came off the bench in the 71st minute vs Brentford but the German is likely to get a start on Saturday as Pep Guardiola will want to keep Bernardo Silva fresh for the UCL tie.

Kevin De Bruyne was once again the star of the show in midweek, coming up with an 8.6 out of 10 performance and he’s definitely going to start vs the Canaries.

Jack Grealish has been having a tough time this season as he’s not been able to have the same sort of impact he did for Villa but if the Man City boss has rotation on his mind then Grealish should come back into the starting line up.

Man City predicted line up vs Norwich City:

Predicted Starting Line up(4-3-3): Ederson; Laporte, Ruben Dias, Walker, Cancelo; Rodri, Kevin De Bruyne, Gundogan/Silva; Sterling, Grealish/Foden, Mahrez.
