Arsenal travel to the Etihad this weekend to take on Manchester City in what could be a crucial game for both the teams.

If City fail to pick up three points then Liverpool might move eight points clear at the top of the table but if Arsenal lose this game then it would give Chelsea the opportunity to go back to the fourth spot on the table once again.

While Unai Emery will be confident of his players but the injury concerns to a number of his defenders might end up to be a big problem against a team like Manchester City.

Arsenal team news vs Man City:

The Gunners currently have a number of injury concerns with the biggest one being that of Laurent Koscielny.

The centre-back picked up a jaw injury vs Man United and he might be an absentee this weekend.

Reports suggest that Koscielny will go through a late fitness test on in order to determine his availability but if he is ruled out then it would be Nacho Monreal who would line up with Mustafi in central defence given Sokratis is ruled out with an injury.

Hector Bellerin has been ruled out for the rest of the season and it was Lichtsteiner who played vs Cardiff but we keep that Unai Emery will play Maitland-Niles at right-back against Man City.

Mesut Ozil started in the attacking midfielder’s role vs Cardiff but the Arsenal boss will surely drop him down to the bench and play Aaron Ramsey in his position vs Man City.

El Nenny was the central midfielder vs Cardiff in midweek but Granit Xhaka should take back his spot on Sunday with Torreira and Guendouzi playing either side of him.

Both Aubameyang and Lacazette started for the London in midweek and the Gunners boss will surely play both of them upfront vs Man City.
