Man United take on Arsenal in the Premier League on Wednesday and according to Jesse Lingard, the Red Devils could have a key advantage.

The Man United forward has admitted that the home side could be the better team during the night but if they can stick to their game plan then surely they can return back to Manchester United with all three points.

“We take a lot of belief [from those wins] and the confidence is flowing at the moment,”
Lingard told Man United’s official website.

“Away games are always tough and you get your hostile atmospheres, but we’re used to that and as long as we stick to our gameplan and our tactics, then hopefully we can win the game. Confidence and focus is very important.

“It could be a game where Arsenal have a lot of the ball, or we have a lot of the ball, but we’re a very good counter-attacking team and a very good transition team, so hopefully we can catch them on the break here and there.

“We’ve done it most times when we’ve played them away, so that will hopefully be one of our strong points.

“It can be difficult if you don’t know the style of play [when a new manager comes in].

“But we’ll be well prepared and it’s about focus and concentration and keeping that consistency in every game, and having the same mentality.”

Man United have been in a great run of form and especially against the traditional top-six sides, Solskjaer’s men have been brilliant.

They have already beaten the likes of Chelsea, Man City and Spurs and with the way Arsenal have been playing this season, it shouldn’t come as a surprise if the Old Trafford outfit pick up an easy win at the Emirates.
