Man United travel to Paris in order to take on PSG in the second leg of the Champions League Round of 16 this midweek.

And the Red Devils go into this game with a 2-0 deficit.

The defeat to PSG is the only setback that the Red Devils have suffered under their caretaker boss but with the number of injuries which they currently have, the second one might come vs the Parisian side as well.

Man United news vs PSG:

Solsjaer has a number of injury concerns to deal with going into this high-profile clash but thankfully he has an intact defensive line.

Phil Jones is expected to miss this game due to an illness but it is Lindelof and Smalling who are expected to start anyways.

Antonio Valencia and Matteo Darmain are some time away from full fitness but the pair has hardly featured this season so it should not be a big concern for Solskjaer.

Paul Pogba is suspended for the game while Nemanja Matic and Ander Herrera are both ruled out with injuries.

This means that Scott McTominay and Andreas Pereira are guaranteed starters while Fred is expected to be the third midfielder amongst the mix.

Juan Mata is also ruled out with a hamstring injury and now the manager has claimed that even Alexis Sanchez could miss the trip to Paris.

This means that there is a very high possibility that we might see youngster Tahith Chong operating down the right flank on Wednesday while Lukaku plays down the middle and Marcus Rashford plays on the left-hand side.

Anthony Martial is facing a race against time to make himself fit and some reports claim that the Frenchman could be fit enough to be named on the bench vs PSG.
