Manchester United travel to the Emirates Stadium on Sunday to take on Arsenal in the English Premier League. And the result of this match could go a long way in shaping the top-four of the table by the end of the season.

A win for United would mean that Solskajer men would retain the fourth spot and also open up a hefty gap between them and the likes of Arsenal and Chelsea. Whereas a win for the Gunners would take them above Man United.

But if this match ends up being a draw then it will go on to help Chelsea who will then have the opportunity to finish the week in the top-four.

Man United news vs Arsenal:

Going into this game, Solskjaer had a number of injury concerns but speaking to the press earlier this week the manager has delivered a series of good news.

The manager has confirmed that Anthony Martial is set to return to the matchday squad after recovering from a muscle injury he picked up during United’s Champions League clash vs PSG.

Eric Bailly was taken off in midweek with what looked to a be an injury but the manager has clarified the defender is fit and available.

Midfielders Nemanja Matic and Ander Herrera both had missed the last couple of games due to leg injuries but they took will be available for selection on Sunday.

Jesse Lingard though is still out with a hamstring injury and the forward is not likely to play any part vs Arsenal.

Paul Pogba was suspended for the midweek clash vs PSG in France but the midfielder will return back to the first XI vs the Gunners which means that either Fred or Andreas Pereira will move back to the bench.

Romelu Lukaku and Marcus Rashford played their socks off during the 3-1 win vs PSG but the duo will have no time to rest since Alexis Sanchez is sidelined with an injury.

This means that the Man United front trio should consist of Anthony Martial and Marcus Rashford playing down the wings while Lukaku operates down the middle.
