Man United are currently involved in their pre-season friendlies and up until now, the Red Devils are unbeaten.

They have already beaten the likes of Perth Glory, Leeds United and most recently Inter Milan and next up they take on Tottenham Hotspur in Shanghai.

Man United have so far scored seven goals in pre-season and kept a clean sheet in all of their matches which is a really healthy sign for the fans.

And speaking about Solskjaer and his tactics, midfielder Scott McTominay has revealed that the squad is trying to add finesse to their play during each and every friendly game they play.

“The running, the training hard is perfect,” the midfielder said(as reported).

“But it’s the details that we’re trying to get right this pre-season.

“I think you can see from the results and the way that we’re playing now that it’s going to plan.

“There are things we need to work on and aspects of our game that each individual player has to work on as well.

“It’s important that we knuckle down and listen to the coaching staff and take what we can from the games, the training that we’ve got and the meetings.

“It’s important we take all that information on board because it’s an important season.

“We’ve got a good team here and it’s important we get things right in pre-season.”

The pundits have really praised Solskjaer’s efforts during pre-season and it is pretty evident that the Norwegian is setting up his team to play a high press game during the 2019-20 season.

During each of their pre-season games, the Man United players have hounded down their opponents whenever they have tried to play from the back and it looks like this is going to be Ole’s masterplan in breaking down teams next campaign.
