Man United beat Granada in the Europa League quarter-final last week and now they will shift their focus back to the Premier League where they take on Burnley on Sunday.

Manchester United have been in pretty great form in the league, winning all four of their previous encounters and given that Burnley have lost their previous two matches, Solskjaer will be looking at an easy win.

Man United are undefeated in 11 of their last 12 matches against Burnley in all competitions and if they can pick up a win on Sunday then they will be able to move within eight points of league leaders Manchester City.

Burnley have not been in the best forms this season and going into this weekend’s game, they are 16th on the league table but they will take some heart from the fact that they are unbeaten on their last four trips to Old Trafford.

Man United team news vs Burnley:

David De Gea featured in goal vs Granada so it’s quite clear that Dean Henderson should be starting against Burnley on Sunday.

Harry Maguire will return to the squad after being suspended for Thursday’s encounter while Eric Bailly has also tested negative for the virus and will be available for selection. It remains to be seen if the manager opts to rest Victor Lindelof for this match and use Bailly in central defence.

Alex Telles played at left-back in Luke Shaw’s absence vs Granada but the England international will come straight back into the starting XI.

McTominay was another player who was suspended in midweek but the Scottish international will come back into the side, playing in midfield alongside Fred. Bruno Fernandes will play in the No 10 role.

Marcus Rashford was on the bench for the win over Granada as a precaution and the manager is yet to take a call over his selection on Sunday.

Ole told the press: “So, it is a decision I have got to make on Sunday morning. But he is important for us. It is a difficult one. You have to go by how Marcus feels in a couple of days.”

We have a feeling the Man United boss will not risk Rashford against Burnley, especially since Paul Pogba has been in such sublime form while playing on the left wing. Mason Greenwood should be starting on the other flank.

With Anthony Martial out for the rest of the season, Edinson Cavani is the automatic choice up front and the South American also happens to be in peak form, finding the back of the net against Granada as well.

Man United’s predicted XI vs Burnley:

Predicted Starting XI(4-2-3-1): Dean Henderson; Maguire, Luke Shaw, Lindelof/Bailly, Wan-Bissaka; Fred, McTominay, Bruno Fernandes; Paul Pogba, Cavani, Mason Greenwood.
