Mason Greenwood - Man United

Man United take on Arsenal in the Premier League in midweek and this game could be very crucial for the fate of the Red Devils.

As things stand, Manchester United are fifth on the league table and if they can manage to beat Arsenal at the Emirates then there’s every chance that the could move into the top-four of the league table.

Man United will surely go into this match with their tales up since they managed to keep a clean sheet against Burnley at Turf Moor – their first in the league since September.

But all eyes will be on whether Solskjaer chooses to name Paul Pogba in his starting XI after the Frenchman was kept out of the matchday squad against Burnley.

Man United news vs Arsenal:

Brandon Williams put in a fine shift at left-back against Burnley but the youngster is sure to make way for the more experienced Luke Shaw while Ashley Young will move to the bench as Aaron Wan-Bissaka comes into the side.

Scott McTominay picked up a knee ligament injury against Newcastle United which forced him to miss the Turf Moor game.

While Solskjaer is yet to confirm the extent of the injury sustained by the midfielder but we think the Scottish international will miss the trip to London as well, meaning it should be Nemanja Matic who will play in central midfield.

But having said that there’s also the chance that Andreas Pereira drops back to partner Fred in case Paul Pogba comes into the side.

Pogba was left out of the Burnley win with the manager claiming the player was not ready but we think the World Cup winner will surely be brought back to the side and will be deployed in the No 10 role in midweek.

Daniel James put in a fine shift on Saturday and the Welshman will surely reprise his role but if things need a bit of a reshuffle, Ole could always bring on Mason Greenwood in the second half.

Anthony Martial and Marcus Rashford are in the forms of their lives as both of them have found the back of the net in the last two matches.

And with Arsenal having all sort of problems in the defensive areas the pace of the Man United forwards will surely be a massive concern for Mikel Arteta.
