Man United started the new season in style by beating Chelsea 4-0 in the Premier League last weekend.

And next up, Solskjaer takes his men to the Molineux Stadium on Monday.

The Reds Devils blew away Chelsea despite the Blues having a strong first half. But during this game what the Man United players showed was how they intend to rely on fast counter-attacks to get goals during the current season.

Man United news vs Wolves

After a really long time, the Man United backline looked pretty strong as both Harry Maguire and Aaron Wan-Bissaka made great starts to their careers at Old Trafford.

So it is pretty sure that the backline will look the same for Man United as Luke Shaw starts at left-back and Victor Lindelof partners Harry Maguire.

Eric Bailly picked up a knee injury during the pre-season tour and the manager has revealed that the defender is expected to be out until the Christmas period.

And speaking to MUTV, the manager said that he is likely to have every player fit for selection for the match vs Wolves.

Ole said: We’ve had a good week, good training week, a competitive week so hopefully we can have the same squad and people available unless something changes towards the end. There are still a few days until we play.

Alexis Sanchez missed the Chelsea game due to lack of match fitness and speaking before gameweek 2, the manager hinted that the Chilean is likely to miss the Wolves game too for the exact same reason.

He’s part of our squad and he’s a very, very good player, the Man United manager added.

He’s just had a couple of weeks [of training], three weeks now, so he’s a few weeks behind the rest, but he’s very close to being part of it [the squad].

Daniel James came off the bench to score a goal on his debut and many rumours have claimed that the Welshman could be handed a start on Monday.

But we do not feel Solskjaer will risk playing him away from home which means the trio of Martial, Rashford and Jesse Lingard will start upfront with the Frenchman hopefully playing down the middle.
