Man United’s Marcus Rashford has been amongst the goals this season but the player has claimed the fans are yet to see his best.

The forward has already netted six goals and made three assists in 12 Premier League games so far but honestly, that tally could have been a lot more had he not missed a number of easy goalscoring chances.

But speaking before Man United’s clash vs Sheffield United this weekend, Marcus Rashford has said he’s yet to hit his peak.

“In reality, my peak is not going to be for another four or five years,” he said[as reported by ESPN]. “As good as things are now, they can only get better.

“I just use these experiences now in my favour to better me in the future, because I know when I’m 25, 26, 27, they’re the years when I’m going to be playing my best football.

“I’m just looking ahead to those times really and improving as much as I can until then.”

Marcus Rashford has started each and every Premier League game for Manchester United this campaign and it is pretty clear the player is benefitting from the exit of Romelu Lukaku.

While a lot of people have come out to slam the England international claiming he’s not done enough to help Manchester United pull out of tough situations.

But what these people don’t realize is that Marcus Rashford has just turned 22 on the 31st of October.

He broke into the scene under the Van Gaal reign as a mere teenager and since then he has more or less been a constant feature for Man United’s first XI.

During the past few seasons, the forward has clipped in with a handful of goals but it finally looks like this is going to be his breakthrough season under Ole Gunnar Solskjaer.
