Inter Milan striker Mauro Icardi has had a major falling out with the club over the terms of a new contract.

And it looks like the club have finally made the decision to sell him off during the summer transfer window.

Icardi has scored 15 goals in just 28 games this season but the striker has not played a game since the 9th of March due to knee problems.

But this decision to sell him off has brought in huge hopes for a number of Premier League clubs and Inter Milan are hoping to get a hefty sum out of the sale.

Yes, Mauro Icardi is having conflicts with the club over a new deal but his current one runs out in 2021 which means, Inter Milan are in a position to demand a high transfer price for the striker.

And given the number of clubs who have shown interest in him, there will be no shortage of takers.

Chelsea have tried to sign the player for some time now but the Blues might just miss out given they currently have a transfer embargo on them.

There is still a small possibility that the ban might be lifted but if that eventually does not happen then surely the Blues will lose out on Mauro Icardi since Inter Milan are adamant on offloading him during the summer itself.

Manchester United and Arsenal are the other two Premier League clubs who have shown an interest in signing the striker and reliable sources have claimed that Solskjaer would be given the budget to revamp his squad during the summer.

Unai Emery too will get money to spend in the transfer market but rumours have it that the Spanish boss is going to get only 50 million pounds while Inter Milan are expected to demand somewhere in the region of 80 million pounds for Mauro Icardi.

As things stand, Man United are the only Premier League club who will not face a roadblock if they want to sign the striker but then there is Real Madrid who are also expected to launch a bid for Icardi.

And reports claim that Zidane will get a 300 million pound transfer kitty to spend during the summer and with that much money to spend, buying Mauro Icardi show be a piece of cake for the Real Madrid boss.
