Arsenal drew their midweek Premier League game against Manchester United and while the result might seem a fair one but the Gunners seem to have come off worst from that encounter.

Arsenal took the lead twice in the game only for Man United to fight back each time.

At the end both the teams settled for a draw but Unai Emery did lose a number of his first-team players to injuries.

The first big casualty was Rob Holding who picked up a knee injury and had to be substituted.

And now fears are that the player could be out of action for a pretty long time.

Unai Emery has voiced his concerns over the injury of Holding claiming the defender could miss a fair bit of action.

“The doctors think maybe it is a big injury but we are going to wait (to find out), it is his knee.” Unai Emery said.

The other Arsenal player who was injured was midfielder Aaron Ramsey.

Ramsey got a starting berth in the team after his great performance against Spurs but the Welshman too has picked up an injury.

Aaron Ramsey seems to have injured his ankle and could be unavailable for selection on Saturday.

“Tomorrow we’ll train before the game on Saturday and that’s the moment you can know if the players will be OK or not for Saturday.” Unai Emery told the reporters.

Mesut Ozil is still recovering from a back spasm and the Arsenal doctors will take a late call on his fitness before the Gunners face Huddersfield.

The London outfit have done pretty well in the absence of Mesut Ozil and so even if the German makes himself fit, then also it will be pretty hard for him to break into the first team.

If the Gunners manage to beat Huddersfield on Saturday then they will have a fighting likelihood to get into the top four given that Chelsea will play Manchester City in the weekend – and the Blues have every chance of dropping points.
