Leicester City unveiled Brendan Rodgers as their new manager on Tuesday and the former Celtic man will be taking charge of the Foxes today.

Leicester City had to pay £6million to Celtic in order for them to release Rodgers and this boat-jumping does not seem to have gone down too well with the Bhoys fans.

Yet another man has been bitten by the Premier League bug but can we really blame Brendan Rodgers for moving to Leicester City, more so since he had already spent such a successful time with Liverpool.

While most of the people associated with Celtic are a bit amazed at their former manager’s decision but it looks like one of the former players knew that this would eventually happen.

Moussa Dembele who is currently plying his trade with Lyon posted a cryptic message on social media right after it was announced that Rodgers would be joining Leicester City.

Dembele retweeted the news with the captions: ‘And if you don’t know now you know’ and ‘I told you’.

And we can understand this certain sense of joy from Dembele since the pair had a falling out last summer right before the forward joined Ligue 1 side, Lyon.

Brendan Rodgers was in the stands for Leicester City’s Premier League clash vs Brighton on Tuesday and his job until the end of this season will be to take the Foxes as high as possible in the league table.
