Paul Pogba has so far played very little football for Manchester United this season and there have been rumours(once again) of him moving out of the club at the end of the season.

This season, the midfielder has missed 20 games for United so far and his absence is one of the main reasons why the team have failed to score goals all throughout the season.

Initially, he had picked up an ankle injury in September which resurfaced in October and finally when he fully recovered and made a comeback in December, the Frenchman was ruled out once again for almost a month.

Paul Pogba has had to undergo an ankle operation but Solskjaer has revealed that his cast is off meaning he could make a comeback sometime in the coming weeks.

And while updating the press on the player’s fitness, the Manchester United also explained that Paul Pogba remains totally committed to the club and is itching to get back onto the pitch.

“Paul’s had a terrible season with injuries and he’s desperate to play football,” Solskjaer said as reported.

“If there’s one thing that I know about Paul, he loves playing football and he loves just being out there training as well, and it’s been playing on his mind.

“Any player who is injured cannot wait to get back on the pitch, you feel so free.

“He’s been playing with pain, so I’m sure when he’s pain-free and he’s injury-free, he’ll enjoy his football.

“I see a boy that is fed up of being injured and desperate to play football, yeah, and Paul has always been a top professional.

“I don’t have any doubts that when he comes back he’s going to enjoy himself.”
