Rangers FC suffered their second defeat of the season this time to Livingston and the Rangers FC fans might be in a bit of a trouble.
The Light Blues were playing away at the Almondvale Stadium and Steven Gerrard men looked completely lack-lustre – much like they were at the start of the season.
The Rangers FC fans had made the short trip hoping to see another top class performance from their side though, the game was anything was anything but that.
Dolly Menga score the only goal of the game for Livingston meaning Gerrard’s men is yet to win a match away from home this season in the league.
While the 1-0 loss will surely be a huge setback for the team but it seems that the Rangers FC fans could be in for even more trouble after assistant referee Calum Spence was hit by an object thrown from the crowd.
And unfortunately, the incident happened in front of the Rangers FC fans section.
This occurred during the early stages of the second half and the match had to be stopped momentarily as Spence received treatment.

While it is not sure who actually threw the object but it is sure that it came from the Rangers FC fans end and the referee has also made it clear that he will include it in his match report.
While the club are not likely to be punished but this incident will most certainly portray a bad image of the Rangers FC fans. It is also being suggested that the Ibrox outfit might take some harsh steps towards and if the culprit is located then he could receive a lifetime ban.
