Rangers FC have been on a spending spree ever since they appointed Steven Gerrard as their new manager and the main aim of the club right now is to compete with their old firm rivals Celtic in the upcoming season.

The club have already made half a dozen signings during the summer transfer window and the management has made it clear that more players are slated to come in in the upcoming months.

So naturally the mood around Ibrox is pretty joyous and uplifting and the Gers decided to have a Q&A session with the fans on Twitter.

Rangers FC announced on their official Twitter account that midfielder Josh Windass will be available for questions and the fans can ask them anything they want.

But little did the club know that their interactive session would turn out to be a nightmare for the midfielder.

Little did Rangers FC and Josh Windass know that the midfielder was going to be the subject of banter from their own fans. But thankfully sense kicked in quickly and a lot of the Light Blue fans came out in support of the 24-year-old.

While there’s no denying that Windass has had his fair share of problems both on and off the pitch but the bottom line is that he performed exceptionally well during the 2017-18 season.

Josh Windass played 41 games in all competitions last season – scoring 18 goals. So it is safe to say that all those fans who want the midfielder out of the club are not going to see their wish fulfilled any time soon.
