Liverpool youngster Ryan Kent has expressed a desire to make his loan move to Rangers FC permanent.

The young winger joined the Light Blues this summer on a season-long loan deal and already he is one of the main players for Steven Gerrard.

Ryan Kent has so far played 17 games for Rangers and with each passing week, the winger is becoming more influential.

For the past couple of weeks, there have been talks that Rangers want to sign Ryan Kent permanently and they have already made contact with Liverpool regarding this.

And when the youngster was asked about joining Rangers permanently he said:

“It’s something I’d consider. Definitely. The fans are amazing here. The club has a lot of history. It’s an amazing club but it’s a conversation they will have to have with Liverpool – not me.

“The fans seem to really enjoy players getting forward and that suits my identity as a footballer. I really enjoy picking the ball up, dribbling at defenders and getting past them. When the fans are right behind me, it gives me the confidence to do that.”

So clearly Ryan Kent is enjoying life in Glasgow and recent rumours have also suggested that Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp has given the green signal for him to be sold off permanently.

Ryan Kent is already 21 years old but is yet to make a single appearance for the Anfield outfit.

And with the amount of talent Jurgen Klopp has at his disposal currently, it would take a miracle for Kent to break into the first XI and stay there for a long time.

So the youngster knows pretty well that moving to Rangers would give him guaranteed playing time under Steven Gerrard and this could very easily become his launching pad for that next big transfer.
