Nicolas Pepe to replace Aubameyang Arsenal EPL
Aubameyang and Mkhitaryan Arsenal news

Arsenal might be given the chance of signing 22-year-old Cengiz Under if they are willing to part ways with Henrikh Mkhitaryan in the summer – as per the latest news.

Henrikh Mkhitaryan is currently out on loan to AS Roma, and recently the Roma boss has hinted that he wishes to hold onto the Armenian playmaker on a permanent basis.

‘I want him to stay and he also wants to stay,’ Fonseca told Russian TV programme Great Football, as quoted by Metro.

‘However, it should be clear that everything is now on hiatus, and we’ll have to talk to Arsenal. I want to continue working with him because he’s a great player and a great man.

And now as per reports in Italy, the Rome outfit are willing to send Cengiz Under to the Emirates as part of a swap deal for Henrikh Mkhitaryan.

Should Arsenal accept Under in exchange of Henrikh Mkhitaryan?

Under who plays in the right-wing joined AS Roma in the summer of 2017 and this season he’s featured in 15 Serie A games for the club.

And while he may not be able to break into the first XI at Arsenal but the 22-year-old can act as the perfect backup to someone like Nicolas Pepe.

Arsenal might be playing in the Europa League next year as well and if that truly is the case then someone like Cengiz Under will be the perfect kind of player to throw into the starting line-up in order to rest the regulars.

As it is Arsenal do not have any need for Henrikh Mkhitaryan next season so Mikel Arteta might as well put the Armenian to good use and bring in an attacker as part of a swap deal.
