West Ham United are agonisingly close to the relegation zone of the Premier League and next up they take on Everton at the London Stadium.

The Hammers have lost three out of their last five league matches and given the number of injury concerns which David Moyes currently has, we wouldn’t be surprised if they drop yet another three points this weekend.

The likes of Jack Wilshere and Ryan Fredericks are already ruled out with long-term injuries and in the last match, Lukasz Fabianski too picked up an injury.

If this was not enough, the manager has now confirmed that both Masuaku and Felipe Anderson are doubts for the Everton game.

Felipe Anderson picked up a knock during the Sheffield United match and the West Ham United boss has confirmed he will go through a late fitness test.

Masuaku was replaced in the 69th minute against the Blades and the left-back has now been diagnosed with fluid in his knee.

The West Ham United manager said in his press conference: “At the moment he’s[Michael Antonio] not trained with us.

“He joined in a little this morning. I’m hoping we get him back but we couldn’t be sure if it’s this weekend.

Felipe Anderson West Ham United

“We’ve got an injury with Felipe Anderson. He got a bad fall with ten minutes to go against Sheffield United, so we’re assessing that at the moment, and also Arthur [Masuaku] has a little bit of fluid in his knee so we’re seeing how that is as well.

“[Lukasz Fabianski]’s is really good news. I think he’s been excellent last season and this season. It was great news to find out he might only be out for a few weeks.”

If West Ham United stumble this weekend vs the Toffees then they could very well end enter the next gameweek in the bottom three of the league table.
