West Ham United started the new season in very poor form but slowly they are up the table.
The Hammers are currently 14th on the league table with seven points and their manager Manuel Pellegrini is already making plans for the January transfer window.
According to the latest reports, the London outfit are planning to make a move for Chelsea striker Olivier Giroud during the winter transfer window.
Olivier Giroud joined the Blues from Arsenal at the start of the 2018 and the Frenchman has had a revival of sorts under Maurizio Sarri.
Giroud was brought in as a backup to Alvaro Morata but now the Frenchman is the main man while Morata is serving as his backup.
So in such a case, we are not sure if Maurizio Sarri will be eager to let him leave but reports claim that Pellegrini is going to make a move in January – no matter what the consequences.

Olivier Giroud has featured in eight Premier League games so far this season and he has been the first choice striker for the manager.
Maurizio Sarri chose to give Alvaro Morata a rare chance against Man United this past weekend but that obviously did not go down too well and the boss eventually brought in Olivier Giroud in the second half.
The rumours are still in its initial stages so we cannot be sure how concrete these are.
