Manchester United are reportedly interested in signing Borussia Dortmund youngster Jadon Sancho during the summer.

Jadon Sancho joined the Man City youth side from Watford in 2015 but after just two years with the club, the winger chose to leave the club and move to Germany.

And this season, the 18-year-old is one of the most talked about forwards in the European circuit.

Up until now, Jadon Sancho has played in 25 Bundesliga games scoring eight goals and providing 13 assists.

And reports have it that Manchester United are interested in making a move for him at the end of the season.

But now speaking about the youngster, Pep Guardiola has hinted that the winger left Manchester City because he was not ready to sweat it out.

“He didn’t want to take this challenge, this opportunity to discover if he was able to,” the Manchester City manager said.

“He decided to go there. So it’s perfect. It’s going well and congratulations on what he is doing.

“He is doing an incredible performance. He did incredibly well this season. What would have happened this season (here)? I don’t know.

“With the players, it depends on them and what they do on the pitch.”

Man United aren’t the only club who have shown an interest in Jadon Sancho as some reports claim that Chelsea too want to sign the winger.

But currently, the Blues have been slapped with a transfer ban which means they won’t be able to sign any new players during the next two transfer windows.

And this automatically puts Man United in the driving seat to sign Jadon Sancho.
