Rangers outclassed Dundee in the Premiership this midweek as the Gers came out 4-0 winners.

Glen Kamara scored the opening goal in the 4th minute of the match and just four minutes later it was James Tavernier who added the second.

Alfredo Morelos who has been in fine form for Rangers put the game to bed in the 23rd minute and it was January signing Jermain Defoe who added a fourth right before the final whistle.

While the Rangers fans would have been happy with their team’s performance on the night but many just could not fail to notice that there were a section of the home fans who were protesting inside Ibrox on Wednesday.




And for those of you who do not know, the protest were orchestrated by Rangers fan group Union Bears.

Union Bears released a statement on Twitter in which they lined out the exact reasons for their protest.

The group claimed that they had been asking Rangers to be moved to a separate part of the stadium but the management has rejected their requests numerous times.




Union Bears had also protested because of the club’s refusal to implement safe standing areas inside Ibrox.



The Rangers fan group have also made it clear that they are going to stage more protests inside Ibrox in the near future.
