There have been reports of a possible food poisoning within the Spurs squad and one of the players who’s been affected the most is Harry Kane.

Miscellaneous reports on Friday had been claiming that Harry Kane is going to miss the final game of the season due to a stomach bug and instantly, the Spurs fans were breaking out into cold sweats.

Kane has been integral to what Tottenham have achieved so far this season and if he was missing on Sunday, it would have been a major blow for Conte. Thankfully, that is not going to be the case because the Spurs boss has made it clear that Harry Kane will be available for the Norwich game.

When asked if Kane will be fit or not, Antonio replied: “Yes. Also, in the last game (against Burnley), we had Dejan Kulusevski with this problem, he didn’t train with us on Saturday but, on Sunday, he was good to play. For sure, Harry doesn’t want to miss this type of game. It means a lot for everyone.

“If you remember against Burnley, we had three, four cases of a stomach problem.

“In this week, we had a couple of cases, but overcame the situation. The availability of the players is the same as the last game against Burnley.”

The reports of Harry Kane suffering from food poisoning had started because he was not present at the press conference but according to journalist Alasdair Gold, there is no food poisoning outbreak at the club.

Conte has also updated on Romero’s injury, communicating that the defender is going to miss the final game of the season due to an injury.

He added: “Cuti (Romero) is out, he’s not available. We have the same situation as the last game, no less, no more. This week, we had a couple of situations with this virus, a stomach problem. Also, a member of staff. Like last week, we have to be ready to play.”

Son, Kulusevski and Harry Kane have been one of the best attacking trios in the Premier League during the second half of the campaign and if they are all starting on Sunday it should be an easy win for Spurs. Norwich’s fate has already been sealed so they don’t have anything left to fight for and this should make things pretty easy for the Lilywhites.
