Rangers FC have made more than a dozen signings during the summer transfer window with the latest one being defender Joe Worrall who arrived from Nottingham Forest on a season-long loan deal.

But with just a couple of hours left in the summer transfer window, many fans are starting to believe that Steven Gerrard might be planning to sell of one of their star performers.

We are talking about Colombian striker Alfredo Morelos.

Morelos who recently got a call-up to the national team has been in fine form for the Light Blues during the 2018-19 season(barring his red cards) which in turn has attracted a lot of attention from big European clubs.

It was reported earlier this week that French club Bordeaux had made a £3 million bid for the striker but it was swiftly rejected by Rangers as the club did not want anything less than £15 million for Alfredo Morelos.

Many people thought that this enormous price tag would wade away the French outfit but recent reports are claiming that as many as three clubs now want the services of Alfredo Morelos.

According to the latest news coming out of Scotland, Bordeaux, Marseille and Ukrainian club Dynamo are all willing to pay somewhere around £7 million for Alfredo Morelos.

While it is still unsure what the Gers want to do with the striker but many feel that the arrival of Kyle Lafferty has eased the pressure off Steven Gerrard who now has an experienced striker amongst his ranks.

This means that even if the Light Blues boss were to sell off Alfredo Morelos not many people would stand up and question that decision.
