Chelsea manager Antonio Conte could lose his job at Stamford Bridge if his team fail to pick up a win against West Brom on Monday night.

The Blues have suffered two consecutive defeats at the hands of Bournemouth and Watford – conceding 7 goals in the span of 180 minutes. And their next encounter against the Baggies could very well be the last game in charge for Conte.

Rumours have been ripe that Chelsea owner Roman Abramovich has already picked Luis Enrique as his club’s next manager and it is just a matter of before the Italian gets the sack.

Express Sport claims that Luis Enrique has already been given the green signal to take over Chelsea and the former Barcelona boss is already house hunting in London.

But according to the Don Balon, Enrique will only take charge of the North London club if they sign Marco Asensio from Real Madrid.

Asensio has endured a tough time under Zinedine Zidane this season and multiple reports have claimed that the youngster has told Florentino Perez that he wants to move out during the summer.

The likes of Manchester United and Arsenal have been heavily linked with the player and now it seems that Chelsea’s next boss wants him too.

Jose Mourinho is a huge admirer of Asensio and he would not have hesitated to break the bank for him. But the recent acquisition of Alexis Sanchez has downed that desire a little meaning Chelsea can go full throttle in signing him up.

The Blues are most likely to lose Eden Hazard who has shown an inclination towards joining Real Madrid during the summer and it will not come as a huge surprise if Abramovich tries to use Hazard as a counterweight to bring Marco Asensio to Stamford Bridge.
